Staffing: Labor Services
GTSP Global offers several flexible labor products, which are specifically designed to accommodate a wide range of resource requirements for our manufacturing partners. Our labor services are available on a temporary basis, intermediate basis or for long-term assignment. Short-term assignments are often used for equipment installation/de-installation, reconfiguration, relocation, etc. Intermediate duration support is normally used for factory initiatives, vacation backfill, special projects, etc. Long-term contracts are typically used to provide qualified and trained preventative maintenance and/or troubleshooting support to augment in-house staff in specific areas of expertise or when rapid expansion is required to achieve production ramp goals.
The four skill levels of service offered are Machine Operators, Preventative Maintenance Technicians, Field Service Hardware Engineers and Field Service Process Engineers. We have access to a wide range of talent, many who have received training and qualification testing by Original Equipment Manufacturers. This allows us to offer services for virtually all OEM equipment in the semiconductor manufacturing and test arena. Our employees are specifically selected for a high degree of technical skill, professional demeanor and presence, as well as commitment to our customers’ success. Our outsourced labor solutions include complete employee management and oversight. The high degree of our staff’s technical knowledge, which has been gained from the semiconductor industry, transfers easily to complimentary industries, such as polysilicon manufacturing and photovoltaic manufacturing, along with other industries.
