Dave DeLong: VP of Global Operations & Co-Founder
Dave has more than 23 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He retired from Applied Materials in October, 2006 after 19+ years. He left as Senior Director of Operations, North American Regional Accounts.
As a co-founder of GTSP Global, Dave has influenced our products to serve the needs of high volume factories both in the semiconductor industry and in the complementary photovoltaic industry. The core values he has instilled in GTSP Global’s culture are centered on trust, partnership, customer satisfaction, competitive pricing and high quality.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and DeVry Institute graduating in 1988. Steve also holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration focusing on Leadership Development from Stanford University.
Steve was married to his wife Gayle in 1990 and has 2 children; Joshua (age 11) and Matthew (age 9).
Steve spent 20 years in the semiconductor industry with experience ranging from quality assurance, field operations, sales management as well as the development of alternative financing and capital creation. Steve worked at Applied Materials for 18 years, retiring as a Director of Sales in North America. Steve then joined Macquarie Bank for 2 years to gain understanding and experience in the complex semiconductor capital market.
As Vice President of Global Sales and Co-Founder of GTSP Global, Steve has the ability to both develop and influence the product portfolio at GTSP Global. Steve works directly with our Global customer base to understand their technical and manufacturing requirements. Steve’s primary focus is to develop a robust partnership with our growing global customer base in both the semiconductor and solar market.

Daniel Chen: General Manager – Taiwan Business Operations
Daniel received his Masters of Science degree in Automatic Control Engineering from National Tsin-Hua University in 1991. He also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsin-Hua University in 1989.
Daniel joined GTSP Global in 2010 as General Manager of Taiwan Operations and is responsible for all factory and office operations in Taiwan. He has more than 18 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining GTSP, Daniel served as Director of Operation at Trancom Technology Inc for 10 years. He has also worked for Ti-Acer, TSIA, and ERSO-ITRI, holding various positions throughout his career with responsibility for HR Management, Finance Supervisor, Purchasing and General Management.
